Tina Shah Paikeday leads with the social mission of fostering a greater level of understanding among people of diverse backgrounds. Her work today explores the intersection of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) related talent innovation. 

Tina believes that DEI can perhaps have its greatest impact in the implementation of AI systems which will transform talent acquisition and management.  She counsels organizations seeking to accelerate talent diversity. She is an advisor to Findem, a technology company building a data-driven, AI-assisted approach to talent acquisition and management. 

Tina also serves as Vice Chair of the Diversity Inclusion Task Force for the Town of Tiburon where she lives and leads a workstream to increase diversity and inclusion for elected and appointed town officials.  She has been invited to serve on the Steering Committee for the Corporate Board Diversity Initiative at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
